Settings

Configure every aspect of your business from the Settings section in the left sidebar. This covers your profile, billing, payments, users, system preferences, and third-party integrations.

Business Profile

Navigate to Settings > Profile to manage your personal and business identity.

Billing & Invoicing

Bank Accounts

Add one or more bank accounts for bank transfer payments:

You can add multiple bank accounts and set one as the default.

Product Catalog

Navigate to Settings > Catalog to maintain a library of pre-built products and services for use in quotes and invoices.

Catalog Items

Each item has:

Browse your catalog with search, category filtering, and toggle for showing inactive items. Items are grouped by category in the list view.

When creating quotes or invoices, select items from your catalog to auto-fill line item details.


Users & Access

Navigate to Settings > Users to manage admin and sub-admin accounts. This page is only accessible to the main admin.

Managing Users

  • View all admin users with name, email, role, and creation date
  • Search by email or name
  • Role badges: Main (owner), Admin, You (current user)

Adding an Admin

  1. Click Create New Admin
  2. Enter the user's details in the modal
  3. The new admin can log in and access the system

Removing an Admin

Click delete on any admin account. The main admin account and your own account cannot be deleted.


Navigate to Settings > Menu to control which sections sub-admin users can see. This page is only accessible to the main admin.

  • Toggle entire menu groups on or off (Dashboard, Services, Bookings, Customers, Marketing, Settings, etc.)
  • Toggle individual menu items within each group
  • Disabling a group automatically disables all items within it
  • Changes take effect immediately for sub-admin users

System Settings

Navigate to Settings > System for global technical and operational settings.

Review Integrations

Navigate to Settings > Reviews to connect review platforms and display ratings on your booking page.

For each integration:

You can sync reviews manually and view the cached rating, review count, and last synced timestamp. A maximum of 4 integrations are supported (one per platform).


System Status

Navigate to Settings > Status for system health monitoring and diagnostics.

Health Checklist

A configuration verification dashboard that checks:

  • Database connectivity
  • Service status
  • API endpoint health
  • Configuration completeness

Results are grouped by category with status indicators: green (ok), amber (warning), red (error). Quick-fix links help resolve issues, and a manual re-check button refreshes the status.

Cron Jobs

Monitor background job schedules:

  • Job name and schedule
  • Status: succeeded, failed, or pending
  • Execution timing with start/end times and duration
  • Return messages and detailed logs per run

Platform Logs

Real-time application logs with:

  • Log levels: info, warning, error, fatal
  • Source identification
  • Request metadata (method, path, status code, duration, region, request ID, IP, user agent)
  • Expandable log details with console output
