Media Library
A centralised repository for images, documents, and files used throughout your booking system. Upload once and use anywhere — services, quotes, booking pages, and more.
Media Overview
Navigate to Media in the left sidebar to access your media library. The library stores all uploaded files with automatic responsive image generation.
Supported Formats
- Images — JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WebP
- Documents — PDF and other file types
Uploading Files
Navigate to Media > Upload to add new files.
- Drag and drop files onto the upload area, or click to browse
- Select one or multiple files
- Review the file queue — remove any files you don't want
- Click Upload
The system automatically:
- Preserves original filenames
- Generates responsive image variants for non-SVG images (multiple sizes for optimal loading)
- Handles SVG files without creating variants
- Tracks upload progress with a progress bar
Browsing Media
The media library shows all uploaded files in a grid or list view.
- Search and filter by file type
- Preview images directly in the library
- View details — file type, size, and upload date
- Delete files you no longer need
Using Media
Media from your library can be used throughout the system:

When any feature requires an image, you'll see a media picker that lets you browse and select from your library.
