A unified dashboard for tracking all payments received across invoices and monitoring your quote pipeline conversion.

Revenue View

Navigate to CRM > Payments and select the Revenue tab.

Stats Cards

MetricDescription
CollectedTotal payments received in the selected period
OutstandingUnpaid invoice balance
OverdueAmount past the due date
Recurring RevenueMonthly recurring revenue from active subscriptions

Payments Table

Browse all payments with:

  • Amount and currency
  • Payment method icon (Stripe, Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque, Other)
  • Status badge (Pending, Completed, Failed, Refunded)
  • Reference number
  • Associated invoice and contact
  • Payment date

Filter by date range using preset options (7d, 14d, 30d, 90d, Last Month, 12 Months, This Year) or a custom range.


Pipeline View

Select the Pipeline tab to monitor your quote funnel.

Quotes Table

Browse all quotes with:

  • Quote number and title
  • Type (Quote or Estimate)
  • Status badge
  • Contact name
  • Total amount
  • Valid until date

Filter by quote type and status to focus on specific pipeline stages.
