What is Syntra

Syntra is the assistant and the platform. The platform handles everything a service business needs to operate — calendar, services, customers, quotes, invoices, payments, agreements, treatment notes, and more. The assistant runs through it: answering customer calls, taking bookings on your behalf, sending materials to leads, drafting notes from a quick voice dictation, and helping your team look things up by chat.

Most booking tools bolt a chatbot onto a calendar. Syntra is built the other way around — the assistant is the primary interface, and the platform exists to give it something to do.

A customer calls your number, opens the chat widget, or messages on Telegram — Syntra takes the conversation, checks your live availability, and books the appointment. A staff member taps the assistant in the corner of the admin app and asks "what's our MRR this month?" or "create a quote for the Henderson job for £900" — Syntra does it. The two surfaces share one knowledge base, one set of services, and one calendar.

How Syntra Works

Customer-facing Syntra

The side your customers and prospects interact with. Available across:

  • Voice phone calls — Syntra answers your dedicated booking number and books appointments by voice
  • Chat widget — embedded on your website, replying in real time and proactively engaging visitors via Chat Triggers
  • Customer Telegram bot — a public-facing Telegram channel with business-hours awareness and lead capture

Customer-facing Syntra is deliberately constrained — it can answer questions, check availability, take bookings, send materials and quote requests, and escalate to your team when a human is needed. It can't touch your back office.

Internal Syntra

The side your staff use. Available as:

  • The Floating Assistant — a chat panel on every page of the admin app, context-aware about whatever you're looking at
  • Internal Telegram (Admin Bot) — your team can talk to Syntra from a Telegram group chat
  • Create with Syntra — a voice-or-text dictation flow that drafts Treatment Notes for you

Internal Syntra has full access to your CRM, calendar, and reports — anything your staff can do by clicking through the admin app, they can do by asking Syntra in plain English.

Knowledge Base

Both sides share one knowledge base. Upload documents, FAQs, pricing guides, and policies — Syntra searches them when answering questions, ensuring accurate, consistent responses regardless of which side is talking.

Tracking Performance

The Syntra dashboard surfaces total conversations, leads captured, bookings made, revenue attributed, and conversion rates — across both sides. Drill into any conversation log, track usage costs per side and per channel, and configure which tools Syntra can access.

Recurring Invoices

Set the frequency, items, and end conditions once — Syntra generates each invoice on schedule, sends it automatically (or queues it as a draft), and tracks payment.
