Service Bundles

Bundles let you package multiple services together and sell them as a single offering. Customers can book a bundle in one go rather than booking each service individually.

What Are Bundles

A bundle is a collection of services sold together as a package. Each service in the bundle has a quantity — how many times it's included.

Examples:

Bundle Name	Included Services
Spa Day Package	1× Full Body Massage, 1× Facial, 1× Manicure
Hair Transformation	1× Cut, 1× Colour, 1× Blowdry
Wellness Package	3× Personal Training Session, 1× Nutrition Consultation
Bridal Prep	1× Hair Styling, 1× Makeup, 1× Manicure, 1× Pedicure

Bundles appear alongside individual services on your booking page so customers can choose either a single service or a package.

Creating a Bundle

To create a new bundle:

1. Go to Services in the left sidebar
2. Click Bundles
3. Click Add Bundle
4. Fill in the details:

Basic Info:

Field	Description
Image	Optional cover photo from your media library
Name	What customers will see (e.g., "Spa Day Package")
Description	What's included and why it's great value
Price	Bundle price (leave empty for free bundles)
Old Price	Optional crossed-out price to show savings
Deposit	Optional upfront payment — fixed amount or percentage

Included Services:

• Select a service from the dropdown
• Set the quantity (how many times it's included)
• Click Add to include it
• Repeat for all services in the bundle

Each included service shows its name, duration, individual price, and quantity. Use the +/- buttons to adjust quantities, or the remove button to take a service out.

Advanced Settings:

• Availability Template — Use a specific schedule for this bundle, or leave as default
• Booking Form — Select a custom form for bundle bookings

5. Click Save

Bundle Pricing

Bundles have their own standalone price, independent of the individual service prices.

Setting bundle price:

• Set a price lower than the sum of individual services to offer a discount
• Show the savings by setting Old Price to the full individual total

Example:

Service	Individual Price
Full Body Massage	£65
Facial	£45
Manicure	£30
Total if booked separately	£140
Bundle Price	£110
Customer Saves	£30

Set the bundle price to £110 and the old price to £140 — customers see the crossed-out £140 next to the £110 bundle price.

Deposit settings:

If you require deposits, configure them per-bundle:

• Fixed amount — e.g., £20 deposit regardless of bundle price
• Percentage — e.g., 25% of the bundle price

How Customers Book Bundles

On your booking page, bundles appear alongside individual services:

1. Customer sees the bundle with its name, description, and price
2. The first 3 included services are listed with quantities ("+N more" if there are additional services)
3. Customer selects the bundle
4. They choose any applicable service extras
5. They fill out the booking form (if configured)
6. They select a date and time
7. They complete the booking

The entire bundle is booked as a single appointment. Service extras configured for the bundle are available during the booking flow.

Managing Bundles

The Bundles List

Go to Services > Bundles to see all your bundles. Each card shows:

• Bundle name and description
• Price (or "Free" if no price set)
• Number of included services (e.g., "3 included")
• Active/Inactive badge

Activating and Deactivating

Hover over a bundle card to access the actions menu:

• Edit Bundle — Opens the full editor
• Deactivate/Activate — Toggle visibility on the booking page

Inactive bundles don't appear on your booking page but remain configured for later use.

Editing a Bundle

Click on a bundle (or select Edit from the actions menu) to modify:

• Name, description, and pricing
• Add or remove included services
• Adjust quantities
• Change deposit settings, booking form, or availability template

Deleting a Bundle

To permanently delete a bundle:

1. Edit the bundle
2. Click Delete
3. Confirm the deletion

Deleting a bundle also removes all associated bundle items. Existing bookings for the bundle are not affected.
