Leads

Leads are automatically captured when Syntra (voice or chat) interacts with prospects. The Leads module tracks every enquiry, scores lead quality, and helps you convert prospects into customers.

How Leads Work

When a customer interacts with Syntra, the system automatically:

  1. Extracts customer information (name, email, phone)
  2. Identifies the service they're interested in
  3. Summarises their requirements
  4. Scores the lead based on urgency and engagement
  5. Creates a lead record linked to the conversation

Leads can progress through your pipeline from initial enquiry to quoted, invoiced, and converted — giving you full visibility of your sales funnel.


Leads List

Navigate to CRM > Leads to see all captured leads. The list shows leads grouped by contact.

Stats Cards

Filtering

  • Search — Filter by name, email, or service
  • Status — New, Contacted, Quoted, Invoiced, Converted, Lost
  • Urgency — Low, Medium, High

Each lead card shows:

  • Contact name and email
  • Service needed
  • Lead temperature (Hot, Warm, Cold) and score (0–100)
  • Urgency level
  • Agent type (Voice or Chat)
  • Source and timestamp
  • Whether materials were sent or viewed

Lead Details

Click on a lead to open the detail view, where you can:

  • View the AI-extracted requirements summary
  • See the associated conversation transcript
  • Edit status, urgency, and notes
  • View linked quotes and invoices
  • See contact details and booking status

Lead Status

Leads progress through these statuses:

Update the status from the lead detail view as you work through your pipeline.


Lead Scoring

Navigate to CRM > Leads > Scoring to configure how leads are automatically scored.

Lead scoring assigns a numeric score (0–100) and a temperature (Hot, Warm, Cold) based on configurable criteria and thresholds. This helps you prioritise which leads to follow up first.

Syntra also detects urgency during conversations — leads marked as "High" urgency with a "Hot" temperature should be followed up immediately.
