Documents

Manage compliance documents, consent forms, and uploads submitted through customer forms and bookings. Documents are stored securely with regional storage options.

Documents Overview

Navigate to CRM > Documents to view all uploaded documents. Documents are created automatically when:

  • Customers submit forms with file uploads
  • Consent forms are completed during bookings
  • Compliance documents are collected

Document Details

Browsing Documents

The documents list displays a table with columns for name, type, contact, form, booking, file size, region, and date.

Filtering

  • Search — Filter by document name or contact
  • Document type — Filter by type
  • Date range — Filter by upload date

Downloading

Click on any document to download the original file.


Exporting Documents

Select multiple documents using checkboxes and click Export to create a bulk export.

Export Jobs

Bulk exports run in the background. The Export Jobs panel shows:

  • Export status (processing, complete, failed)
  • Download link when complete
  • Cancel button for pending exports
