Documents
Manage compliance documents, consent forms, and uploads submitted through customer forms and bookings. Documents are stored securely with regional storage options.
Documents Overview
Navigate to CRM > Documents to view all uploaded documents. Documents are created automatically when:
- Customers submit forms with file uploads
- Consent forms are completed during bookings
- Compliance documents are collected
Document Details

| File Name | Original file name |
| Document Type | Type of document (compliance, consent, etc.) |
| Contact | Customer who submitted the document |
| Form | Form that generated the document |
| Booking | Associated booking (if applicable) |
| File Size | Size in KB, MB, or GB |
| Storage Region | Europe (London), North America (Virginia), Australia, or Canada |
| Created | Upload date |
Browsing Documents
The documents list displays a table with columns for name, type, contact, form, booking, file size, region, and date.
Filtering
- Search — Filter by document name or contact
- Document type — Filter by type
- Date range — Filter by upload date
Downloading
Click on any document to download the original file.
Exporting Documents
Select multiple documents using checkboxes and click Export to create a bulk export.
Export Jobs
Bulk exports run in the background. The Export Jobs panel shows:
- Export status (processing, complete, failed)
- Download link when complete
- Cancel button for pending exports
