Memberships
Offer membership plans with credits, recurring billing, and service discounts. Customers pay a membership fee and receive credit allocations that can be redeemed against your services.
How Memberships Work
- You create membership plans with pricing, billing intervals, and credit allocations
- Customers subscribe to a plan
- Each billing period, they receive a set number of credits
- Credits are redeemed when booking services
- The system tracks usage, renewals, and churn
Membership Plans
Navigate to Memberships > Plans to create and manage your tiers.
Creating a Plan
| Field | Description |

| Plan Name | Display name (e.g., "Gold Member", "Premium Plus") |
| Price | Monthly or recurring cost |
| Billing Interval | Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual |
| Credits Included | Number of credits per billing period |
| Description | Marketing description of the plan |
You can edit existing plans — changes apply only to future members and billing cycles, not existing allocations. Archive plans you no longer offer.
Managing Members
The Members dashboard at Memberships shows all active memberships.
Dashboard Metrics

| Active Members | Current active subscribers (with paused count) |
| MRR | Monthly Recurring Revenue |
| New Members | Members joined in the last 30 days |
| Churn Rate | Percentage of members cancelled in 30 days |
| Credit Utilisation | Overall credit usage percentage |
Member List
Each member shows:
- Name and contact details
- Plan name
- Status badge
- Credits remaining vs total
- Start date and next billing date
Member Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Current, paying member |
| Paused | Temporarily suspended |
| Cancelled | Membership ended |
| Past Due | Payment failed |
| Pending | Awaiting first payment |
Credits System
Each membership plan allocates a set number of credits per billing period.
- Credits are spent when members book services
- The system tracks credits remaining, used, and total allocated
- Unused credits reset or expire per plan rules
- You can issue gifted credits (vouchers) to members manually

Membership Page
Navigate to Memberships > Page Config to customise your public-facing membership page.
- Enable or disable plan visibility
- Add marketing copy and descriptions
- Customise branding and layout
Customers can view available plans and subscribe directly from this page.
Reports
Navigate to Memberships > Reports for detailed analytics.

- Date range filtering (Today, 7d, 30d, 90d, YTD, All Time, Custom)
- CSV export
- Responsive desktop and mobile views
