Jobs

Jobs is a work order management system for trades and service businesses. Schedule single appointments, multi-day projects, or recurring work with agent assignment, customer linking, and availability checking.

What Are Jobs

A job represents a scheduled piece of work — anything from a one-off repair to a recurring maintenance contract. Jobs integrate with your availability system and agent schedules to ensure no conflicts.

Key features:

  • Flexible scheduling (same-day, multi-day, or recurring)
  • Agent assignment with availability checking
  • Customer/contact linking
  • Site address for on-location work
  • Materials tracking
  • Status management

Schedule Types

Same-Day Jobs

A single appointment on one day with a specific start and end time.

  1. Pick a date from the calendar (blocked dates are excluded)
  2. Select a start time from available windows
  3. Select an end time

Multi-Day Jobs

Multiple separate day entries, each with their own start and end times. Useful for projects that span several days.

  1. Add a day entry
  2. Pick the date and select start/end times
  3. Repeat for each day of work
  4. Each day entry is independent — they don't need to be consecutive

Recurring Jobs

Repeating work on specific days of the week.

  1. Set a start date
  2. Optionally set an end date
  3. Select which days of the week (e.g., Monday and Wednesday)
  4. Set the start and end time for each occurrence

Recurring jobs support Active, Paused, and Cancelled states. You can pause a recurring series without deleting it.
